Can you be banned from chat forever?

When I was banned from chat this message came up Sorry, you have been kicked from chat temporarily. Take a few moments to chill. The ban expires 6 minutes from now. I got me thinking.

I hope it was obvious that you got banned for repeatedly asking for your answers to be deleted.

Yes.
If a Mod / Pokemaster kicks you every time you enter chat. Or just bans you in general.

But usually, its 10 minutes.
