Is this a typo, or is it on purpose.....?

Question

Well, since the update, ive noticed a differance in points. Not argueing, but since then me and a few other accounts have decreased points a little.

EX.
I used to have like 4250 pts, but I now have in the late 3000s. Straight after the update I had roughly 3660 pts.

Can you explain?

Is this a typo or hve you done this as some kind of "On purpose"?

Pokemaster took away the +1 point you get for voting up. Then he took away all the points we previously got by up-voting. So I went from 707 to 399.
