Is it possible to become a developer or moderator?

Is it possible to become a developer/moderator on this site? I was just wondering, as it seems like quite a fun job. Or is it not?

You become a Moderator via long contribution to the site and working your way up.

And as far as I'm aware only the site administrator actively works on the site's code.

As PX said you become a moderator by being a good long-standing contributor to the site.

As I just answered here I’m the only developer on the site and we don’t really have a need for anyone else in that role.
