I thought you needed 40 points to upvote on Pokebase...

It says on a post that 40 points can make you able to flag and upvote. I have 40 points but I can't upvote. Why?

Look at this, it says that my extra priveliges are flagging posts.

Where can you not Upvote? you have 40 points on Pokebase but only 30 on Meta anf only 20 on rmt/battle subway
