How did I get 30 points of pokebase?

Question

I got 30 points but only got 2 upvotes. I might be wrong about upvotes but I'm pretty sure you only get 2 points for getting an upvote. also if you needed to know I had 6 points before and after I got 30 more I gave a best answer. Also I do not have any best answers. Is this a glitch?

Getting an upvote actually gives you 10 points. This should not be a glitch.
