Authproblems Server

Question

Server is back up for a few weeks now again. But in my opinion we need more auth there.
The reason why:

• A lot of spam happends when the mods aren't looking or aren't there (Jessica alba ass is one of them)

• A lot of fights happen

Since the Gymleaders have been put back to Voice again they can't handle the spammer or the user(s) that is harrassing another person.

I personally hope we get some more auth due this matter

This is a major issue as most auths are on at a different timezone but we still do have many users that are on during the CTS and UTC timezone whereas myself. Although we usually have Hex to save the day for us it is illogical to expect him to be there to aid as every second as I do believe he himself has other things to do in a day instead of babysitting us all day long 24/7. The amount of spammers that come to the server every day is preposterously redundant. The users that are usually on at the time also seem to have difficulties dealing with trolls and tend to make an elephant out of every small thing that comes their way and there is no auth that can silence them all as they seem to always be panicking so badly that they don't see the soothing post of the elderly users so I too also think that we need more auth from different timezones on the server

Yeah Hex is always on. In fact you could go as far as saying Hex desperately needs a life xD Don't we all.
I honestly don't think its necessary as we already have plenty of drivers+

I have to agree on this one with DoD and Jojo, he's not saying people aren't doing their job(trust me, it's a very solid staff you have) but timezones can sometimes be a problem, Hex is on a lot yes, he also takes the right course of action when needed but if people aren't on or are AFK sometimes and only + or below are on it can turn into a real issue like what happened with the 'Jessica albas ass' person a few times this week. It may just need a bit of back up s'all.

The point we were trying to make is that we have enough auth :P
We have me, Hex and Sciz with Europe covered. We have Hex, Ninja, Mew, trachy, Kyron, Ben , and Catnipz covering US. Then Hex and Fiz covering Asia and Australia. The only time I ever get on and see no auth is at 7:00 am English time when I happen to be the only user online.

Well, true you may have enough but the point still stands that even if you have it covered some people might not be able to be on at times, I only say this because i've seen things go out of hand while no one who can stop it was there some times before. Of course this was just a suggestion, it's up to the admins and higher auth to decide what to do :P

OK, so after 'Jessica Albas Ass's' activity earlier this evening, I think what we really need is a **mod** who can act on his/her spam and stop him/her. He/She always seems to decide to spam when 'Blobyolo' is online, and he can't do anything but lock her, obviously this stops her spam, but he/she found a way to communicate with us by making multiple alts, which eventually clogged the server immensely. I'm thinking promote Blobyolo, as like I said before, he is almost always on when our main troll is so that'd be a great help!

Catnipz. I know she is still in the US but she is around a lot anyway and often witnesses these attacks

People who should be driver:

Flare (if he becomes active again)
Either Poke'Slash or Mr.K, again since both come on at peak times along with other timezones in general

we do need a few more European Mods or Drivers, but obviously we may not be able to do that so theres no point whining about it.

If this does happen we may need more voices, but then again it's more of a reward then an auth so it may not matter.

VALET: valet is very trustworthy and will not abuse power. valet is also on alot and especially when Jessica Albas Ass is online. BUT valet does have a habit to be... AFK, only a little

Last Chance Breaker: Also known as Professor. Xerillia (something like that) he has been a loyal and trustworthy friend on DB. I think he deserves an "upgrade" foe definates.

BLOBYOLO: Blob is another option, like adam said, Blob could have an "upgrade from what he already is. He does seem to be onling when "Jessy" is on...

I'll take in what all you guys have said - thanks for your opinions - but at the moment I think the amount of authority on the sever is fine. Jessica has been the only real problem but she has caused problems everywhere. Besides you complained about having too many staff on the original server.
