Just curious c ause i chat i was scammed out of a pokebank legend

You won't get banned for scamming (unless the person has committed other offences severe enough for a ban), though scammers will be kicked if they are caught.

My advice is to just be very careful who you trade with, and always understand that you may lose the Pokemon you are trading.

Scamming on chat? No punishment, scamming isn't just the fault of someone else. If you are being harassed through the game, you have to work that out. Maybe not set up trades with people you don't know.

If you are scamming through advertising and junk on the site for personal gain or harassment, that is a ban.
