Create a "trade reputation" page

Question

When we get the later part of the site up, I think having a forum similar to Serebii's trade system would be good, but maybe have some way to report someone that gives someone a bum deal as to show who is more reputable. Obviously there will be a few kinks to work out, but I think the general idea would be good to implement.
