Remeber my little bro question?
Well i have re fought the question.Last time i just listed Pokemon with no info What so ever.
This time ill list everything.(except EV's).
And then The answerer will have to choose from the Pokemon and Make a Ultimate team out of it!
Is this aloud?

PS.
This Question will be reavaled in about a 2 months or soo.
Im only doing it once my bro is done all his games

You'll still have to include the stats of the Pokemon if you do not have their EVs.

Seriously though.... NO, because then it's just a "pick a pokemon for me" question which is not allowed at the moment. And a bit lazy, to be honest.
