What happened to the Chat room?

Question

The chat room has suddenly gone blank (no comments, no number of users online, no nothing) and every time I try typing something in, it gives this message:
There was a server error, please try again in few minutes

Is it a glitch or is maintenance or something going on?

I am fixing some problems on the server right now, so it's probably related to that. The chat is working now, any downtime should be absolutely minimal.
