Question

If a Pokémon is Exclusive to one game don't put both games on the "Where to find it" section on a Pokémon's Profile, put the one they are Version Exclusive in.

For Example if I wanted to find out which games I could get Palkia in and where I could find it, and I went on Palkia's Profile and scrolled down, it says I can get it in Diamond and Pearl at Spear Pillar, and in Platinum at Spear Pillar.

What it should say is it's available in Pearl at Spear Pillar and Platinum at Spear Pillar.
Since Palkia is Version Exclusive to Pearl and not available in Diamond.

It could, for example, put it in brackets after the location is stated.
E.g. "Spear Pillar (Pearl Only)"
