I want to know who are the mods mostly because I want to know how many there are and how did they become mods (I don't want to be mod just want to know how they get selected).
For experts, anybody with over 6000 points here is an expert.
As for how they're selected, PM promotes them when we need more mods/ editors, and who gets the role depends on how active they are, how much they've contributed and whether or not they can be trusted with the powers. Points have little relevance when it comes to promotions, the only thing points will get you is editing powers at when you reach 6000 points on the main section.
