Suggestion: New rank of users that can select BA on questions with only 1 answer.

Question

There are more than 1000 answers and within those, there are questions with only 1 answer that doesn't have BA, and some of them don't even have a single upvote.

You can check in the Unanswered -> No selected answer.
There should be a new rank that can select BAs, just my opinion.

Mods can already do this. They occasionally start selecting a load of answers to reduce the amount of questions without best answers. They can also choose the BA if it has multiple answers.
