What are all markdowns that are not shown on the markdown bar?

Question

For example, ruled out text can be done, but it is not in the markdown bar. Are there any more such as this? I can't think of many more tools, but I'm curious.

I can't type it in the question, because it becomes invisible, but to rule text out you must encase the desired text with <s> and </s>

PM has disabled most of the codes that aren't already part of Markdown, so there aren't many possibilities.
