I don't know, this is really a pretty stupid question...
RMT is competitive. Contests movesets are in-game and non-competitive, unlike the Battle Subway.
To be honest, Contest movesets aren't that hard. You can even just Google a guide and they'll have very good combinations listed for you. You can compile your own moveset if you want the challenge, but otherwise I see no way to rate it on the RMT because it isn't competitive.
Bulbapedia has a good (but possibly outdated) contest guide.
