There actually are some questions posted already; you can already access threads for Decidueye, Incineroar and Primarina. Moveset threads will be posted periodically on the account MovesetBot, as Pokemaster sees fit:
UPDATE: the moveset questions have started! The starters are the first to go, there will probably be 2-3 new questions aksed every other day or whenever the front page is bare of moveset questions. (see thread)
We do it this way so the posts don't flood the Q&A. Over time, there will be threads for each of the fully evolved Pokemon -- just not at this very moment. You can see which posts will be prioritised at the same thread linked above. (Suggest your own, if you like!)
