Like when someone puts there link as the word source so you are able to click it and it takes you to the source.
Do you mean hyperlink? To do make a hyperlink, click on the globe with the arrow on it, above the answer box. Then paste the link you want to be hyperlinked. Type in your desired text in the "[enter link description here]" box.
Now you can do stuff like this: CLICK ME!
