Not going to close this question just yet, but I think that it should be extremely obvious that the information that this question is asking for would be both difficult to obtain and nearly pointless.

There probably is a more downvoted question. I’ll update this after I search a bit more.

There are questions with down-votes, it's just that they don't show up on the "most votes" list because the list only shows the top 20000 questions.
