True, but sometimes the entire question is in the title, if it's a simple question. I don't want to force people to type more than they need because people may end up typing gibberish just to get to the limit. Or they could type past the limit but still not give enough information.
Best thing to do, if you don't have enough info is post a comment asking them to explain better or for specific info.
