Add the tag 'closed' to every question that is closed.

Question

Pokemaster is doing his to-do list, so I don't wanna disturb him with programming all closed questions on a page or something. Editors can retag, and Editors can close. This is something pretty easy so Editors can search the tag closed in the days they normally close a question.

(and I thought the most recent things would show up, and I think the [Closed] is pretty see-able)
