When I reached the wall post limit, I was able to post more by switching sections

Question

So I reached the maximum amount of wall posts for the hour. As you can see, I can’t post on this fine person’s wall.

I went over to check out what was happening on meta, and just like that, I can post again.

Is this intentional or is it not supposed to happen? I cropped the screenshots to remove clutter, and I have the originals if you want proof that they were taken at the same time, 6:19 PM.

Oh no. My apologies to the 7 people that looked at this. I didn't realize they where that big. I'm just now viewing this on my computer. How do I make them smaller?
