Here's a list of ways you can gain (and lose) points. If you aren't gaining points, then it's because nobody is voting your posts, selecting your answers, etc. You can't earn points by doing nothing.
If your posts weren't approved, then they were never visible to the public, which means nobody was ever able to see them in order to vote on them. However, it's untrue that all your answers were rejected. Here's a list of three that have been public for half a year.
You can gain points very quickly by answering recent questions and putting effort into it. If everything you post is detailed, well-researched and pleasant to read, then you will get votes all the time.
