I know that you aren't allowed to up-vote siblings due to cheating the point system. However, what if Porygon-Zangoose were to do something such as posting a dumb moveset, just to give an example. Would I be allowed to down-vote it, or is that against the rules too since we're brothers?

This is one of the funniest questions I've ever seen and you're not even trolling
I'm only using that as an example. I'm actually very serious about this.
I’d think it would be fine, but siblings often don’t get along, and one may bribe the other (for example, saying “get me a bag of chips or I’ll downvote you”) or would just plain downvote the other because they got in to an argument or something
Secretly plots to downvote my brother.
let me play the switch or i will mass downvote your entire existence, brother.
Don't bribe, like saying "Don't catch that shiny Zygarde or I'll downvote you to death, brother".
GIVE ME ALL YOUR SHINIES OR I DOWNVOTE YOU TO DEATH
It's so funny that this has 8 votes
It's not against the rules per se but I wouldn't suggest it either. If you just one off upvote a sibling once particular good q/a we wouldn't mind, so I guess downvoting would be the same. Use common sense basically
I mean, both parties would lose because of the 2 points lost when downvoted, but it's quite funny on paper.
Funniest question I've seen +1

No. You can down-vote your sibling if you want.
