I one hundred percent support this, as the pie charts aren't really clear, and they are quite ambiguous as I, personally, don't really understand what they mean.
This should be a group project if we change it to percentages
I don't know how this would be a group project, as PM is the only one who can change it.
Oh I didn't know that I thought maybe some people can help fill all the encounter rates
Pokemaster said that he was working on a system to allow users to contribute to the database a couple years ago, but I haven't heard anything about it since.

No they don't
Hmm... It seems all games prior to ORAS use the pie charts, but all the games after that use percentages.

Yeah so it shouldn't be that bad honestly. Plus, most gens won't have like weather reliant stuff.
