(The title is confusing, I need someone to make a better one :/)

What I 'm talking about is questions with comments like this <-
The asker was unsatisfied with the answer, but the answer was posted in 2016. I don't think that answerer is still active and able to change the answer or anything.

This isn't the first time someone commented on an answer that was posted years ago and the poster is inactive. I know I've seen it elsewhere but I can't remember. It was probably on some moveset answers.

So is there anything we do for this or am I being a nitpicky rattlesnake?

Does the situation I posted count as a scenario of necro(zma)posting

Nothing is set in place. I suppose it's an invitation for other people to answer the question. If the answer should be comment or it breaks rules, we can handle that too.

I actually disagree with that the asker in that question says -- I think the argument "Plusle is made for different things" is meaningless and the answer gives pretty good advice. And this is sort of why there isn't a rule about this -- not everybody agrees on advice-based posts. The person who asks the question shouldn't have absolute control over which answers are acceptable.

And no, that isn't necroposting. I sincerely wish everybody would stop being so anxious about "necroposting" -- this isn't a forum. You can post wherever and whenever you like, as long as it's useful.
