Suggestion: stricter rules for "unexpected behavior" questions

Question

Unexpected behavior questions are things like "what caused this thing to happen?", which are sometimes impossible to answer because the thing never really happened. I think we should ask for proof that it really happened (usually a screenshot or video) whenever someone asks one of these questions. If the question gets neither an answer nor any evidence for a month, it gets hidden. Can anyone think of a better way to moderate these questions?

I agree. These questions just fill up the unanswered section

Staff more or less agreed to this in our server, and there seem to be no objections or better ideas. So we will go ahead with it.
