Suggestion: Let each user change their name anytime as long as they didn't change their name in the past 12 months

Question

Adding a "formerly known as" that stays on the user's questions, answers, and profile for 12 months after the name change would also be nice. The only downside I can think of is that there won't be one time when everyone gets on a thread and comments on each other's name changes.

Q2A doesn't do this out of the box, which kills pretty much any PokeBase suggestion dead. Would be nice though.
