Why is my account considered “new” after 5 years? [closed]

I wanted to change my account bio but it says that new users cannot edit accounts. I am a member for 5 years. Is this a bug or a feature?

You don't have enough points on the pokebase section. Try going to your account on this section (meta) and editing it from there.
