Is there a limit to how much you can upvote in a day?

So I know that you lose 2 points when down voting to make sure we don’t have down vote spam. But there isn’t anything that I know of that stops people just upvoting everyone giving out free points. So yeah is there like a limit of some sort or some sort of spam stopper.

Yes, there's an hourly limit for both accounts and IP addresses. It applies to each section separately, due to the way the site is configured.

Edit: I tested, looks like the limit for the main section is 20 votes (up or down) per hour. No way to know if that's the account limit or IP limit.
