Privileges tags notice?

Why doesn't it say when someone's over 500 points on the extra privileges that they can make there own tags?

That is an interesting point. The reason is because Pokebase runs on a platform called Question2Answer, not developed by me. But the tag thing is a custom extension I wrote and I'm not sure if it's possible to modify the list of privileges. I'll check into it though.

Also FYI, it's 200 points to make new tags.

The things you have to add on the bottom of your question to catagorise your questions like on this I have tags and permission
