Terrakion @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

  • Stone Edge
  • Close Combat
  • X-Scissor
  • Earthquake

Item: Choice Scarf allows me to outspeed things, helping me effectively revenge kill. It helps me Speed tie with opposing Scarf Terrakion.
Ability: Justified is the only ability this boy has, and raises my Attack when hit by a Dark type move, which helps Latios.
EVs: EVs give me maximum Physical Attacking potential, while giving me an odd HP to tolerate Spikes a little easier.
Nature: Jolly Nature allows me to Speed tie other Terrakion, and lets me outspeed base 100's. That is, before the Scarf's speed is added in.
Moves: Stone Edge is STAB that misses a lot, but I prefer it over Rock Slide for the extra power. Stone Edge also nails Tornadus-T and Thundurus-T, who have been giving me some trouble lately. It nails Bug and Flying types coming in for Close Combat. Close Combat is also STAB, and nails any Steel types that come in to resist Terrakion's Stone Edge. X-Scissor hits bulky Psychic types like Mew and Reuniclus for more damage. Earthquake is coverage. I'm kidding. Earthquake isn't coverage, because of its redundancy with its main STABs, Stone Edge and Close Combat.
Role: Physical sweeper, Revenge killer

Latios (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

  • Draco Meteor
  • Hidden Power [Fire]
  • Surf
  • Psyshock

Item: Choice Scarf allows me to revenge kill easily, which is easily abused with Latios' 350 Speed stat.
Ability: Levitate allows me to take Ground moves for this team that are aimed at Tentacruel and Terrakion.
EVs: EVs give me maximum Special sweeping potential with 4 HP EVs for that 1 extra HP point.
Nature: A Timid Nature allows me to outspeed and actually abuse that choice Scarf even easier.
Moves: Draco Meteor is my base 210 (after STAB) power move and hit really hard off of Latios' base 130 SAtk stat. Hidden Power Fire roasts any Steel Pokemon that try to come in to sponge a Draco Meteor. Surf nails Ground and Water types that Latios switches into for Terrakion. Also, Surf smacks Heatran, who is resisitant to Draco Meteor and immune to Hidden Power Fire. Psyshock is my other STAB is to hit those very annoying pink blobs named Chansey and Blissey, targeting their lower Defense. It also hits Tentacruel hard, who can sponge all 3 of the mentioned moves.
Role: Revenge killer, Special sweeper

Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

  • Stealth Rock
  • Leech Seed
  • Thunder Wave
  • Power Whip

Item: Leftovers gives my Ferrothorn recovery, due to a lack of instant recovery. I'm not talking about Leech Seed, if that's what you're wondering.
Ability: Iron Barbs is so awesome. getting det residual damage in from physical attacks :P Oh, and also helps me get some damage from Rapid Spinners that attempt to Spin away my Stealth Rocks and Leech Seed.
EVs: EVs give maximum HP and good mixed stats. 353 HP / 352 Def / 310 SDef is awesome. If only this guy could evolve...Eviolite would make this guy a defensive monster.
Nature: Impish gives me extra defense. Maybe I'll outspeed a Pokemon after Thunder Wave, which is why Brave isn't being used.
Moves: Stealth Rock lets me get up some hazards on my opponent's side, lowering my opponent's HP for easier KOs. Leech Seed heals Ferrothorn and teammates that don't possess any recovery, like my Scarfed Terrakion and Latios and my Tornadus. Thunder Wave paralyzes my opponent, and helps Volcarona sweeper easier, due to it being a bulkier one. And the parahax chance is always nice. Sometimes I'll get it right when Ferro or something's going down :P Power Whip is my STAB move, and nails Gastrodon and other Waters that try to burn me with Scald. It hits pretty hard with Ferrothorn's base 92 Attack stat.
Role: Mixed wall, Hazard setter, Crippler

Tentacruel (M) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 236 SDef / 20 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

  • Toxic Spikes
  • Rapid Spin
  • Scald
  • Protect

Item: Black Sludge gives me recovery, since Tentacruel lacks one. And Trick Pokemon will enjoy Black Sludge :P Just kidding.
Ability: Due to the common presence of Rain teams in OU, this helps me gain more HP while in play. I have tried Liquid Ooze, but Rain Dish came out more useful at the end.
EVs: HP and SDef EVs give me an ability to sponge most Special attacks. The 20 Speed EVs are there to outspeed Timid Magnezone and Adamant Breloom, who would otherwise pose a dangerous threat, as well as neutral-natured Politoed and Metagross.
Nature: Calm bolsters my Special Defense. NuffSaid.
Moves: Toxic Spikes allows me to set up more hazards on the opposing side of the team; a great way to cripple sweepers on the opposing team. Tentacruel's Poison typing allows it to absorb Toxic Spikes on my side. Rapid Spin clears Stealth Rock and Spikes from my side, greatly improving Volcarona's and Tornadus' time on the field. Scald is my STAB that has a decent chance to burn things, greatly improving Tentacreul's ability to take Physical moves, since it has low Defense. Protect allows me to get more Black Sludge recovery, as well as scouting my opponent's move.
Role: Special wall, Hazard setter, Rapid Spinner, Scout

Volcarona (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 232 HP / 216 Def / 60 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  • Quiver Dance
  • Fiery Dance
  • Bug Buzz
  • Roost

Item: Leftovers gives the moth recovery, which is vital for this Volcarona variant.
Ability: Flame Body allows me to cripple Physical Pokemon, burning them and helping Volcarona take Physical hits better.
EVs: EVs give me bulk to help survive priority moves, and critical hits of any priority move bar Aqua Jet. The Speed EVs give me enough Speed to outspeed Tornadus-T after a Quiver Dance. An odd HP number helps me switch into Stealth Rock 3 times before fainting.
Nature: Nature gives me more Physical bulk. Nuffsaid.
Moves: Quiver Dance is my main boosting move, boosting 3 of Volcarona's best stats. Fiery Dance is STAB and has a chance to raise my already high Special Attack. Bug Buzz is also STAB, and Roost heals me, and is quite reliable. Heatran completely walls me....
Role: Special sweeper

Tornadus (M) @ Flying Gem

Trait: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

  • Substitute
  • Bulk Up
  • Acrobatics
  • Brick Break

Item: Flying Gem allows be to boost Acrobatics' power and activate it's side effect, which doubles the power to a nice 110 (165 after STAB).
Ability: Defiant gives me an +2 Attack boost after a stat is lowered.
EVs: EVs give me Physical sweeping potential, as well as an odd HP stat to switch into Stealth Rock 5 times before dying.
Nature: Jolly allows Tornadus helps it outspeed stuff.
Moves: Substitute helps me avoid Status and weak attacks damaging me. Bulk Up helps me boost my Attack and Defense stat, and is the second part of my SubBoosting. Acrobatics is my main STAB, and hits massively hard the first time I use it: 247 base power with STAB, the side effect of Acrobatics, Flying Gem powerup, and it hits with a potentially boosted attack stat! Ouch. Brick Break nails Steels and Rock Pokemon that resist my Acrobatics.
Role: Physical sweeper

All right.

Terrakion
Terrakion: You get a point for originality, however scarfs just don't work as well on Terrakion. He already outspeeds most pokes in the tier, and a BAND makes him much more powerful. He's more likely to sweep when he has a bit more attack power. That said, this Terrakion can take a hurricane from a Max SpA timid Tornadus-T, and a max SpA Thundrus-T's Thunder. In turn, Terrakion hits them with a stone Edge, which, obviously, 1HKO's if it hits ;)

Latios
Latios: Okay, I know you might, like a lot of people on the site, really like speed. But Timid + Choice Scarf isn't really necessary on a Latios, so you can just give him a Modest nature-- Especially considering Latios isn't scarfed that much. This way he'll be able to destroy things with Draco Meteor... and stuff. Also note, that a Super Effective surf doesn't hit as hard has a STAB Draco Meteor, so if you aren't planning to stay in long, you can just Draco Meteor.

Ferrothorn
Ferrothorn: If this guy evolved, he'd be OP. Nintendo is already making other OP Pokemon, though I have to admit that if he evolved and could abuse eviolite, he could laugh in the face of HP fire, and dominate in the rain. Back on topic though. I like the ferrothorn overall. If you wanted, you could do the Relaxed O SpD IVs thing and givem gyro ball, seeing as you can leech seed gastrodon and he's not too much of a threat, no matter how fat. Merely an idea, I understand Power Whip gets better coverage in the OU tier for your team's weaknesses.

Tentacruel
Tentacruel: Good! He looks good for spinning (Your volcorona and tornadus don't take entry hazards too well) and he gets up some T-Spikes of his own. You could consider a pinch of physical defense so you can take Normally Effective hits and more Power Whips from Ferrothorn and stuff of that sort. I think it would be reasonable to take out protect and put in Ice Beam for grass and dragon types too if you wanted.

Volcarona
Volcorona: I was just pondering whether or not this guy would do better with Special Attack EVs. I think the following spread could be made effective: 236 HP/ 128 SpA/ 144 Spd. You could give it a try, it gives him some more sweeping power with some Bulk thrown in the mix as well. I can't say I use volcorona often, so I think you can decide upon his spread yourself.

Tornadus: I've tried the physical set on this guy myself-- it's not bad. Let me know how the Sub+Bulk Up part goes though, it looks relatively new to me, but good luck with it. I'm assuming Brick Break is in the mix to take care of steels, because this guy's STAB Acrobatics still overpowers a Super Effective Brick break. I think you know the set to give him if you decide the sub doesn't work, but just to make this RMT prettier I'll throw it in for you:

Tornadus-T @ Flying Gem
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+Spd, -SpA)
-Acrobatics
-Superpower
-U-turn
-Tailwind/ Bulk Up/ Crunch/

Umm... yeah. Good luck in the OU tier.
