I like Blissey over Chansey just because Chansey can't use Lefties since she obviously needs Eviolite to really be worthy of OU. without it, Chansey would easily fall to RU with maybe a few isolated appearences in UU. but EvioChansey is great. Sand Teams really hurt her that's all.
