thank you divine comedy ^^ so who have a list of banned items/abilities/pokemons? :d
I like Gigalith because he have high defense plus gains spdef from sandstorm and the sand force makes the power of the moves deadly.
well after some searching I think I've learned a bit more so let recreate the team... Will be OU team.
Oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't know it was your first competitive team :P
hehe no problem JirachiCelebiMew

Sand Teams are my favorite.

first off, Ttar and Hippowdon on the same team is redundant.
Here is my Sand Team that has performed best out of any team i have ever made:

Hippowdon @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Sand Stream
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 HP/ 212 Def/ 44 Atk
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Fang
- Slack Off
Physical wall. Slack Off and Rocky Helmet wear down physical attackers. Rocks is crucial, and Sand Stream sets up Sand (duh). Fire Fang hits Grass types hard, and while it doesn't hit Ice like Stone Edge does, it provides more coverage, and Burn Chance is always nice.

Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 SDef
- Rock Slide
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor
This bad boy is the OU King of Revenge Killers. Totally stellar coverage, and Scarf makes it outspeed most threats to ensure revenge.

Stoutland @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand Rush
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 SDef
- Return
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- Crunch
This guy is a mean late-game sweeping machine. awesome coverage, and Sand Rush + Choice Band..... mwahahaha!

Gastrodon @ Life Orb
Trait: Storm Drain
Calm Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP/ 144 SDef/ 112 Def
- Scald
- Recover
- Stockpile
- Ice Beam
Special Tank. after a Stockpile or two, nothing touches this thang. Recover and Storm Drain improve survival rate, and Storm Drain soaks up Water attacks aimed at the rest of the team. Life Orb is there because Gastrodon can easily find a turn to Recover after its Stockpiled a few turns.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
EVs: 252 Spd/ 144 HP/ 112 SAtk
- Fire Blast
- Torment
- Substitute
- Earth Power
TormenTran set. Torments then Subs. hits you like a baws. Sub breaks. Set up new Sub. hits you like a baws. wash. rinse. repeat.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
EVs: 252 Spd/ 212 SAtk/ 44 SDef
- Ice Beam
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt
- U-Turn
C'mon, its Genny.. if you need to ask why i have it here, then i wish i could kick you in the shins ... hard... then run away before you realize what even happened. Mild Nature was chosen with 44 SDef EVs to ensure that opposing Genesect get an Atk boost rather than the coveted SAtk Download Boost. its got awesome stats. it has amazing type coverage. it is so beastly the only drawback is.... its HP is a tad on the "i should compete in LC" side. other than that, pure gold.

sweet what you can learn from examining this team.

Hope this helps :)

Meh, I prefer SubSalac Terrakion + RP Genesect.
yeah, i just use the Heatran set so i find Scarfed STAB Close Combat is much more threatening in combination with this team. i also have been running Expert Belt on Genesect recently... like it. But my Hippowdon set has never failed to accomplish its ultimate goal. i really have had nothing but success with that team. as soon as i get the cpu up and running, im taking this pup on Showdown :B
You completely ignored his team and just posted/ talked about your own. How is that any help??
i didn't ignore it at all. i said, "Ttar and Hippowdon is redundant", and gave a suggestion for a much more synergized team. i lists a team that i have had great success with so Dragonkiller has a point of reference. i do believe my last paragraph, right before i ended my bit and clicked 'post answer' even said that i was giving him something to examine and hopefully take something away from. i can point out every good point and bad point about every part of this team, but that gives no clarity as to why two great pokemon sets are bad on the same team together. that's something you have to learn for yourself. i just merely gave the reading material.
