Nice BoltBeam coverage on Bessy. Try using IceBeam and FlameThrower just cuz u cant poison steel and u need coverage. A good equivalent to Hwish is normal Wish as your Bessy is A TANK!

Even though SolarBeam on Volca is good even with out white herb (forgot which herb it was), I would suggest using giga drain for a good recovery as you have only 4 hp EVs but no def/Spdef EVs.

 I'll skip Methane, never seen or used it.
