Hmmm... This is going to be interesting. When you can test it, tell me how it works, okay?
So first off, like I said, you're going to want to have smaller variety of pokemon, but more of them. So lets take out: The Luxray line, The Ampharos line, Zekrom EX, The Metagross line, the Cofagrigus line. Trainers, we'll get to later. So that's 18 now-free cards.
We can really speed some attacks and whatnot up if we strengthen that Gallade line. Adding some Gardevoirs can help the natural attachment of Psychic energies. I'm also going to take out Eelektross, seeing as you shouldn't need to use it. Raikou EX is a great card to use for Eel decks, which is what we're incorporating into this mash-up. Okay, I think that's it for Pokemon. This deck is using a combo of discarded electric energies to recirculate as well as accelerated psychic energies.
Things like Gardevoir and Eelektrik are meant to stay on the bench, and you have to be careful and survey your opponent and figure out where the biggest threats are, so you can take them out with your main attackers (Mewtwo, Zekrom, Raikou) fairly easy.
Now trainer. You're going to want the staples: Juniper, P-Comm, Catcher. Max Potion can recycle electric energies, allowing you to move them from one pokemon when you re-attach in addition to healing damage. With it comes to this deck, psychic energies are going to stick to psychic pokemon, and electric energies to electric pokemon. That's where they're going to be the most useful. Pokemon Catcher's to take out threats, Cilan to get energies, Level ball to get Eels, Ralts and Kirlia. Skyarrow Bridge lowers retreat cost to something extremely manageable. Cheren is a good draw source. Computer Search allows you to get any card in the entire deck, so use it wisely, you only get one.
And then you add energies last. You can work around with 8 energies, constantly recycling them and reattaching to your benched electric pokemon. While those 6 Psychic energies double to 12, seeing as there are 2 attackers, and Mewtwo also get to use whatever the opponent has when it's attacking with X-Ball (Only ever attack with X-Ball). So yeah, 14 should sufic.
So yeah, this is going to run more smoothly in battle. Kinda quickly made, but it should work out great. Best of luck with your battling!
