Tazzie, I actually disagree. Blissey is still useful on CS OU teams because of Leftovers, which help it fare better than Chansey in Sand and Hail.

Solftboiled to regenerate health
Toxic to poison
Flamethrower because steel isn't poisoned
Protect to gain a bit healthier from the leftovers and not get hit
