I run my Flygon like this:
Flygon@Choice Band
-Same EVS-
Jolly
-Stone Edge
-EQ
-U-Turn
-Outrage
I know your Flygon is your defogger, so you can keep what you want to keep.

Now I'm just commenting on your Flygon, so I'm not really rating your team, but your team seems really nice. I don't think that Porygon2 should have 3 attacks on it though. maybe try Toxic, Recover, Discharge, and (open move).
I'm not sure how you're gonna deal with Talonflame with that team. I've said it dozens of times, but OU teams should have a dedicated Talonflame check at least.
Porygon ducks talonflame

Ok so ive played OU a lot so I am going to rate it.

Charizard looks ok but i'd use jolly nature to out speed pokemon a bit better

So keldeo looks good but I think calm mind would be a lot better than hydro pump but if you want use hydro pump -> scald

Espeon looks ok but use calm mind rather than hidden power so he can spam calm mind to tank special attackers and use stored power rather than psychic for good power when having +6 special attack and defense

Use physical attacker aegislash

Aegislash (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 hp / 4 SDef
Naughty Nature
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

Excadrill looks good as a spinner

I you want Porygon 2 as a bulky pokemon then your doing a good job

Overall a really good team just a few improvements here and there!

Hope I Helped
