Exams are coming up, but I still managed to make this Uber team. Recently I'm getting in to more advanced EV spreads, but I'm still new to it so please give me advice.

Here is a quick preview of the team:

Darkrai gif
Darkrai @ Leftovers
Ability: Bad Dreams
EVs: 84 HP / 252 SpA / 172 Spe
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Sludge Bomb
- Ice Beam

Pretty straightforward, setup with Nasty plot and sweep with coverage moves. Dark Pulse is STAB, Sludge Bomb allows it to hit Xerneas and Ice Beam is good coverage against all the dragons in the tier and in general.
The Speed Evs allow it to outspeed Jolly Mega Kangaskhan and other base 100 Speed Pokemon. Arceus outspeeds it , ut they usually carry Extreme Speed anyway. Max Special Attack for the power, and rest in HP to let it take hits better.
I gave it Leftovers for now, because I don't know what item would be appropriate.

Lugia gif
Lugia @ Light Clay
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Spe
Timid Nature
- Light Screen
- Recover
- Toxic
- Psyshock

I made this set mainly to stop GeoXerneas and other Special Attackers in their tracks. It doesn't need any Special Defense investment, and the Speed EVs allow it to outspeed the many base 90 Speed Pokemon. Light Clay makes Light Screen work for the team as well. I'm a bit unsure of the EV spread and set on this one, so please give advice.

Lucario gif
Lucario (M) @ Lucarionite
Ability: Justified ---> Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch/Iron Tail
- ExtremeSpeed

I thought the team would need a good physical attacker, so that Chansey won't shutdown the team, and Mega Lucario seemed to be a good enough choice.
I'm not sure of how to spread the EVs effectively on this one, so I just gave it the standard physical sweeper set, maybe that's the best.
Close Combat because it is ridiculously powerful with Adaptability, Bullet Punch is useful STAB, or Iron Tail for more power, terrible accuracy though. Extreme Speed is useful priority.

Kyogre gif
Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 52 HP / 252 SpA / 204 Spe
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump

I find myself using Kyogre on almost every Uber team I use, usually as a lead.
Water Spout is capable of dealing OHKOs to many Pokemon, and is a good move for wall breaking, until Kyogres HP starts to deplete. Thunder takes advantage of Drizzle, Ice Beam is coverage and Hydro Pump is a backup move.
204 Speed EVs allow it to outspeed Deoxys-A, allowing some investment in HP.

Groudon gif
Groudon @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 8 HP / 248 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Bulk Up
- Fire Punch
- Stone Edge

I chose Groudon for this team partly to compensate for the Electric weakness I have, partly because of the hype of ORAS and partly just because I wanted to.
Bulk Up boosts Attack and Defense, Earthquake is STAB, Fire Punch is coverage and is boosted by Drought and Stone Edge is coverage.
Max Special Defense EVs to synergise with Bulk Up, 8 HP EVs just because, and rest in Attack.

Ferrothorn gif
Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Thunder Wave

I thought this would be a good support Pokemon, and resists Fairy, which is useful.
I just gave it a standard Specially Defensive EV spread, so please give advice on a better spread.
Leech Seed is for recovery, and is a good support move too, Stealth Rock is Stealth Rock, Gyro Ball is STAB and Thunder Wave cripples fast sweepers.

That's the team, I would appreciate advice mainly on EV spreads, but all suggestions are welcome.

The Ferrothorn image looks cool :D
I don't like your Kyogre EV spread. Use the standard one because any other Scarf Kyogre can outspeed and deal massive damage with Thunder.
You should defs change the Darkrai EV spread. It's unnecessary and toxic to your Darkrai, as it is outpaced by stuff Darkrai has to outpace, which include Mega Gengar before it mega evolves and Jolly LO Ekiller Arceus, as well as opposing LO NP Darkrai, and you lose to them all. Therefore I suggest making it an LO max speed NP Darkrai with Dark Void over Ice beam bc wel, Dark Void is basically what makes Darkrai annoying and makes it easier for it to set up.  Like Crimson said, if you're running Timid ScarfKyogre, just run the standard EV spreaad so that you at least have a chance at hitting ScarfKrom when it's  little bit weakened bc rn, that chance is obsolete due to a rather unnecessary EV spread.
