I haven't built a competitive team since D/P, and the teams I built back then weren't as complex as they are now, so I am not too familiar with the current matchups and potential counters. I am building a team for an upcoming NU tourny. Rules are Species Clause, Sleep Clause, Evasion Clause, OHKO clause, Moody Clause, Magic Bounce Clause and Contrary Serperior has been banned. Item Clause is not in effect, which is good considering I am running 2 NFE's with Eviolite and 2 Assault Vests. I wanted to build a team around Mega Camerupt that wasn't trick room, as I'm not the greatest at keeping Trick Room and Weathers up. Probably wasn't the smartest idea, but whatever. So Let's Start with Camerupt.

This is a pretty basic fully offensive set for Mega Camerupt. Unfortunately it's very hard to sweep with this as I am not using a trick room team. Fire Blast and Earth Power are for STAB Specials, Earthquake is another STAB for most special walls, and HP Ice is for Ground coverage. HP Grass would be better as it would give me Ground and Water coverage, but honestly I can't be bothered to breed those really weird IV's, plus I couldn't figure out how to get 0 IV speed and get grass HP. I gave it 0 IV speed and Quiet in case the other team uses Trick Room, and it won't really outspeed anything that really matters. The ability is pretty obvious as Magma Armor and Anger Point both are pretty crappy Abilities in my opinion. Solid Rock allows me to switch in before going Mega if I absolutely have too, even though I really don't want to.

Again another very basic offensive set. I personally love Assault Vest, as it allows you to capitalize on pokemon that can be both defensive and offensive. I chose Scald over Hydro Pump and Surf because the burn chance is really helpful, and Hydro Pump just isn't reliable enough, Energy Ball is pretty obvious, Ice Beam as well, and Focus Blast is just for extra coverage. Then Own Tempo since I won't be using rain at all, and can potentially punish a Parafusion team.

Typical Rest-talk Carbink wall. Personally love this pokemon, and it should definitely be higher than NU, despite it's not-so-great typing. Pretty much everything on this is self explanatory. Chose Power Gem over Calm Mind because rest-talk sets are usually switched out on a lot.

Since I currently have nothing that can really sweep, this is my sweep. Moveset for type coverage, Assault Vest over Life Orb or Choice Band/Scarf because Golurk isn't fast enough to outspeed everything, or strong enough to OHKO everything, but it has enough bulk that it might survive an attack or 2 before dying with Assault Vest.

This is another pokemon that can potentially sweep, but Outrage kind of puts it at a disadvantage in some aspects. If I haven't killed off al the team's fairies, they can easily switch into one, and then I'm left with a confused pokemon, but unfortuantely, there aren't really any other moves that can replace it, other than Dragon Claw, but Dragon Claw doesn't put forth nearly as much power. I might change out Outrage for Dragon Claw eventually if Outrage seems to do more harm then good when I test out this team. I chose not to run Dragon Dance as Fraxure can't really take a hit well, even with Eviolite, and I found running fully offensive coverage to be helpful. I might switch this out to be Jolly instead of Adamant as well, just because Fraxure can't really take a hit. This pokemon still needs some testing, to see whether or not ditching Dragon Dance is a good idea.

This is probably the weakest pokemon in my team right now, and I'm not too fond of it, but I can't seem to find anything else that could work. I need something with similar coverage that can put up entry hazards and can act as a potential Special Defense Wall. This is all I've got for now, which isn't aweful, but I'm not too fond of it, if you have any suggestions, please let me know. This will often be my lead so I can set up entry hazards. The build is pretty generic.

Um, just putting it out there that Carbink isn't in a higher tier because Diancie exists.
Well that's kind of the point of NU.......
Personally I think Mega Diancie should be pretty common in OU, not BL, and that Carbink should be RU. I've used Carbink against some UU teams and it does pretty well there too.
IMO on Golurk run no guard dynamic punch, it's almost always better than iron fist :| Rock Polish  / Dynamic Punch / Shadow Punch / Earthquake with a Lum berry has worked for me.
As for a Roselia replacement, might I suggest Accelgor? It's one of the fastest Pokemon in the tier (heck, it's just one of the fastest Pokemon) and it can set up spikes moderately easily. Here's the set I use:

Even if their lead is a scarfer, after Unburden you can sometimes outspeed Scarfers. It's pretty simple: Set up Spikes then attack, attack, attack.
