Glad to see more interest in the NU-tier!

Anyways, your team looks good so far (I'd have to check for synergy later on).

Garbodor needs Toxic Spikes > Toxic. That definitely is a standard. With Spikes + Toxic Spikes, it can keep on hazard stacking.

For Cacturne, a better set would be Swords Dance / Sucker Punch / Seed Bomb / Drain Punch. Also switch out Assault Vest for Life Orb. This set would be better overall and can also maximize Cacturne's sweeping capabilities.

On Sawk, Mold Breaker ability would be good to hit certain Pokemon that they think they can wall it (namely Weezing and Rotom). With Mold Breaker, Earthquake can deal massive damage and you don't have to worry about being completely walled when you're locked into Earthquake (unless if the opponent has a flying type). Sturdy is still a good ability, and this is just a mere suggestion.

The rest of your team has good sets! I'll be sure to rate this later.
Cool. I haven't seen anyone using eviolite scyther though
