The team has been previously asked, but I've made some changes to the answer and finally believe I've hit the Bulls-eye

Roserade @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Timid Nature
- Magical Leaf
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fire
- Protect

Protect in VGC is a necessity. Magical leaf has infinate accuracy, technician boost, and no SpA drop. Sludge Bomb wreaks fairies easy and HP fire is just coverage like on sun teams.

Klefki @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SpD
Impish Nature
- Safeguard
- Light Screen
- Foul Play
- Thunder Wave

Safeguard is to protect against status, which is quite threatening in VGC. Light screen is against the widely used special attackers, as the treat of intimidate is huge. Foul play is against physical attackers that are used sometimes, namely gyarados, landorus T, kangaskhan, and others. Thunder Wave is speed support, which is needed on my team.

Pachirisu @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Follow Me
- Super Fang
- Nuzzle

Se Jun Park has indirectly shown me some strategy in using this cute, adorable BEAST. You could call this a copy of his, it's just different.

Latias @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 180 HP / 124 Def / 84 SpA / 120 SpD
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Tailwind / Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor

This set is more speed control for the team. This set also can use CM for better power and defense. Lastly, the choice between Draco meteor and dragon pulse is between one shotting and losing SpA or just doing good damage.

Gyarados @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake / Crunch
- Waterfall

Substitute is used instead of protect because I'll have a guarenteed speed support before I send in gyarados. Then, I can set up dragon dance without a huge problem (besides multi hit moves and infiltrator). E-quake and waterfall are obvious, but crunch can be used over earthquake in case of wide guard, which is commonly seen now.

Talonflame @ Charcoal / Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost / Protect
- Quick Guard

Roost is recovery, which is well needed with this set. Quick Guard is against other talonflame, kangaskhan, azumarill, etc. Flare Blitz and Brave Bird are my attacking moves (obviously) and I'll hit hard with little risk.

The team is next to complete, it just needs some peer evaluation and an expert eye. The uprise of the roses are coming!

I never knew roserade had technician. I guess that's because I never used it before.
