Pokémon Rate My Team

Ok so I've done a few battles online and discovered that I'm trash at single battles, so I pared each pokemon on my team with a "partner" for double battles. What I like about this team is that it has very few weaknesses and plenty of coverage. I'm not too sure what the Ev's should look like so I just did the same spread for every pokemon. I'm also a bit hesitant about using items that somehow have a negative effect on the user. What do you think?

Kangashan and Noivern:

Kangashan @ Kangashanite
Ability: Scrappy ---> Parental bond
Impish nature
200 Atk/155 Def/ 155 HP
-Power-up Punch (B/c it raises attack twice with parental bond)
-Shadow Claw (Coverage against Ghost-types)
-Aerial Ace (Coverage against Fighting-types)
-Giga Impact (Idk, just b/c it's super powerful)

Noivern @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Infiltrator
Brave nature
200 Sp/155 Atk/ 155 Def
-Draco Meteor (STAB)
-Hurricane (STAB and to cover Kangashan's Fighting-type weakness)
-Focus Blast (Coverage against Ice-types)
-Iron Tail (Coverage against Fairy-types)

Garchomp and Elektross

Garchomp @ Lum Berry (or Rocky Helmet)
Ability: Sand Veil
Adamant nature
200 Atk/155 Spe/155 Def
-Sandstorm (B/c of ability)
-Earthquake (STAB and b/c most Garchomps seem to have this move)
-Dragon Claw (STAB)
-Fire Blast (Coverage against Ice-types)

Elektross @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Levitate
Jolly nature
200 SpA/155 Atk/155 Def
-Flamethrower (Covers Garchomp's weakness to Ice-types)
-Coil (B/c it raises so many stats at once so why not)
-Crush Claw (Again, covers Garchomp's Ice and Fairy-type weaknesses)
-Thunderbolt (STAB)

Scizor and Vaporeon

Scizor @ Leftovers? (Is Scizor gonna last that long to the point where the Leftovers count?)
Ability: Not sure, swarm or technician?
Adamant nature
200 Atk/155 Spe/155 SpA
-Metal Claw (STAB)
-X-scissor (STAB)
-Acrobatics (I have no idea why it just seemed like a good choice)
-Swords Dance

Vaporeon @ Mystic Water (Or Leftovers)
Ability: Hydration
Modest nature
200 SpA/155 Spe/155 Def
-Rain Dance (For ability and to increase power of Hydro Pump while reducing Fire-type threats)
-Hydro Pump (STAB and to cover Scizor's weakness to Fire-types)
-Shadow Ball (I have no idea why)
-Ice Beam (Coverage against Grass-types)

What kind of doubles? VGC, OU, or Battle Spot?

Giga Impact is a terrible idea in doubles as it makes Mega Khangaskhan unable to attack for a turn. Replace it with Return for STAB, no negative effects, and 102 Base Power. Also, replace Shadow Claw for Sucker Punch for priority and ghost coverage. Tank Khangaskhan-Mega just doesn't work; change his EVs and Nature to Adamant Nature and give it 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Def. Coverage in double battles doesn't matter as much as your partner can cover for you, and Aeriel Ace's Base Power sits at a disgustingly low 60, with its side effect being essentially useless in the competitive scene, so get rid of Aerial Ace and give Khangaskhan Drain Punch for recovery. Tank Noivern doesn't work either, especially not a mixed set, so change him to

Noivern @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD
- Draco Meteor
- Hidden Power (Fire)
- Hurricane
- Focus Miss

Sand Veil Garchomp with Sandstorm is extremely gimmicky and will never work. Instead, make him

Garchomp @ Groundinium Z
Ability: Rough Skin
Jolly Nature
EVs: 172 Atk/252 Spe/84 HP
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Protect
- Poison Jab

Also, you have Eelectross to cover your 4x Ice weakness anyways.

Safety Goggles is almost never used in competitive apart from Shedinja because it wastes an item slot just to stop 1/16 damage done to you every turn, making leftovers 100x better, except neither item suits Eeletross in particular. As for "Why not give Eelectross Coil because it raises so many stats?"
- Attack is useless as your Eelectross isn't physical
- It would extremely difficult for Eelectross to set up as it has minimal defenses
- Accuracy is useless as all of Eelectross's moves already have 100% Accuracy anyways
- Defense is almost useless as Eelectross has no recovery and isnt going to last long anyways
Instead:

Eelectross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Levitate
Modest Nature
EVs: 212 HP/44 SpA/4 Def/220 SpD/28 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt
- Super Fang
- Flash Cannon

Acrobatics Scisor with an item is literally the worst idea ever. There's too many problems with scisor for me to list here but here's your new one

Scisor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk/120 HP/136 Spe
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Aerial Ace
- Brutal Swing

Same with Vapeoreon:

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP/130 Def/136 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rain Dance
- Ice Beam
- Rest

I would go U-Turn over Brutal Swing for momentum, since Dark isn't the greatest coverage, and STAB U-Turn is stronger than Technician Swing anyway.
Why not sword dances and protect/ roost? Also, Vaporeon Surf+Scizor Protect is not bad
no swords dance on garchomp? XD
brutal swing scizor not knock off?
And quick thing I don’t think crush claw is steel type.
