if you need a special attacker, i would suggest Goodra. Not only it can hit hard, but also it can take care of special opponents

EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dragon Pulse/Draco Meteor (STAB)
- Fire Blast/Flame Thrower (deal with Grass/Ice types)
- Focus Blast (for Ice/Rock types)
- Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Slugde Bomb (coverage)

Note: If the foe is a physical Ice type attacker, you can switch into Rotom-Wash
