Since you have Landorus already, I'd drop Garchomp. Maybe give Lando the Scarf (and fly over Knock off for when you Dynamax) and use a priority tailwind setter to synergise with Lapras and Metagross (make lapras max speed and life orb). Tornadus offer brutal swing, with whimsicott you'd have to use a single-target move (Fling Shenanigans, or Beat Up- you can add a justified mon if you want) but it has fake tears to boost Lapras's power, which is really valuable because Lapras isn't that much of an offensive threat without weakness policy. Ice Punch is much better coverage on Metagross than Hammer Arm, especially since you have a LOT of ground-weak Pokemon. Protect is nice too to dodge Landorus's Earthquake, but Ice Punch is much more valuable than Zen Headbutt so if anything, drop that. You'll definitely want protect over electro ball on Eleki, and possibly Electroweb somewhere, it's your choice.
