I really don't know a lot about this meta, so feel free to criticize this as much as you like.

Clodsire @ Black Sludge
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Recover
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Spikes

It has great special bulk, spikes, and Toxic. It's mainly here just to wall special attackers with Unaware. I feel like maybe I shouldn't use Unaware, but at the same time it walls many setup sweepers which is nice. Earthquake is, well Earthquake and is just generally a good move, although I probably will use Toxic and Spikes more. Black Sludge punishes pokemon that use Trick.

Meowscarada @ Choice Band
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Flower Trick
- Knock Off
- Thunder Punch

I mean, well it hits really hard, and that's really nice. U-Turn is for pivoting, Flower Trick is almost always a must have because it always crits, Knock Off removes items which is nice utility, and Thunder Punch is coverage. Choice Band boosts the power of this thing to really high levels too.

Gholdengo @ Heavy-Duty-Boots
Ability: Good as Gold
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
- Thunder Wave

Gholdengo is my physical tank. HDB is nice for avoiding chip damage, Make It Rain hits really hard, but I'm thinking about replacing it with Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball is well STAB and covers a lot of things that Make It Rain doesn't, and Thunder Wave is nice for stopping a setup sweeper.

Cyclizar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Ice
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shed Tail
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Ice Spinner

This thing has great utility. Shed Tail is used to let my strong sweepers get in without damage risk, Rapid Spin removes hazards, Knock Off removes items, and Ice Spinner covers pokemon quad weak to ice. HDB removes chip damage, which is nice for my spinner.

Dragapult @ Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Darts
- Tera Blast
- Psychic Fangs

Ah yes, the main setup sweeper of this team. I'm thinking of changing it to Roaring Moon or Dragonite though. Dragon Dance is great and turns you into a really powerful mon, Dragon Darts is a really powerful STAB, Tera Ghost+Tera Blast finally gives this thing good ghost coverage, and Psychic Fangs is for Clodsire (I probably should remove it though, but I don't know what for.)

Chi-Yu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beads Of Ruin
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Psychic
- Dark Pulse

This thing is my revenge killer. Choice Scarf makes this thing pretty dang fast, Flamethrower is STAB that hits hard, Overheat is a nuke move, Psychic is coverage, and Dark Pulse is STAB. Pretty simple pokemon, and its ability helps with its killing things.

By the way, I really don't know what Tera types I should use on my Pokemon, so just keep that in mind. Also, I haven't posted RMTs in a while, so I may have missed a rule change or something like that. I'm thinking Thunder Punch or Sucker Punch on Meowscarada, or if I should use Band on it instead of Scarf.

I probably say replace Unaware on Clodsire with Water Absorb as water is a good offensive type and it makes a weakness an immunity.

Probably replace Meowscarda with a Quaquaval as water is very good and it can setup sweep without setup moves. Grass Dark is also really bad and protean was nerfed I recommend this set:

Quaquaval @ Expert Belt
Ability: Moxie
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Aqua Step
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Roost

Aqua step is an incredible move that boosts speed. With moxie this Pokémon can sweep. Roost is for recovery and U-turn is for pivoting.
I want something with unaware to stop setup sweepers. I might replace Meowscarada but I really like its damage despite Protean being nerfed.
If you want a counter to setup sweepers maybe try something with clear smog. An example is amoongus which is tanky and has recovery in addition to clear smog which removes stat changes
You should probably not use Black Sludge on Clodsire because although it punishes Trick users, there are not many Trick setters, and what if you have to Terastilize, you would instead take damage from Black Sludge because you are not Poison type anymore.
chi-yu is banned to ubers
also gholdengo shouldn't be a tank, you're giving up so much speed and attack power
