Fortress @Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: HP: 252, Atk: 252, Sp. Def: 4
Nature: Adamant
Moves:
Spikes
Rapid Spin
Explosion
Hidden Power (Bug)
Fortress ended up being my Spikes setter of choice, due to being able to somewhat hurt Tyranitar (and keep this in mind, I often mention countering T-Tar). Spikes are of course here so I can make switching harder, Rapid Spin is here incase my other spinner goes down, Explosion is so I could potentially get a KO if Fortress gets low, and HP Bug is for STAB and to try and chip down Tyranitar.

Blaziken @Salac Berry
Ability: Blaze
EVs: Atk: 252, Sp. Atk: 4, Spd: 252
Nature: Hasty
Moves:
Overheat
Reversal
Swords Dance
Endure
The main star themself, Blaziken is a very strong pokemon that needs some support to work well, but can run away with the game if I can get it into position. Reversal after Enduring a hit off of a Base 120 hurts ALOT, and after a Swords Dance, living is near impossible unless you quad resist, and I have Overheat which is also very powerful when boosted by Blaze. Blaziken mostly just has issues with Tyranitar, whose Sand Stream can make Blaziken just die if I try to endure, but that's why I added alot of T-Tar removal tools.

Jolteon @Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: Sp. Atk: 252, Sp. Def: 4, Spd: 252
Nature: Modest
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power (Ice)
Sunny Day
Roar
Jolteon is a quick pokemon that also hits decently hard. Thunderbolt and HP Ice are the main 2 ways that Jolteon deals damage, and then I have Sunny Day to remove Tyranitar's Sand Stream, and Roar to stop setup pokemon and to Scout for Dugtrio trying to trap Jolteon.

Starmie @Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: Sp. Atk: 252, Sp. Def : 4, Spd: 252
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Hydro Pump
Psychic
Rapid Spin
Recover
Starmie and it's high speed makes it a great spinner, plus it has Natural Cure to block status which is helpful. Hydro Pump and Psychic and strong STAB moves, Rapid Spin gets rid of Spikes, and Recover keeps Starmie alive for longer.

Gengar @Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: Sp. Atk: 252, Sp. Def: 4, Spd: 252
Nature: Timid
Moves:
Destiny Bond
Thunderbolt
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Gengar and it's great coverage really pressures the opponent and can weaken them so the others have an easier time getting rid of the opponent's pokemon. Thunderbolt, Ice Punch, and Fire Punch is a really nice set of moves to deal damage, and I have Destiny Bond if a Bulk pokemon tries to revenge kill it (ideally I bait Pursuit T-Tar and get rid of it).

Salamence @Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: Atk: 252, Sp. Def: 4, Spd: 252
Nature: Jolly
Moves:
Hidden Power (Flying)
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Brick Break
Salamence like most pokemon on my team is very strong and decently fast, but it's even more immediately threatening with a Choice Band. HP Flying is for STAB, Earthquake and Rock Slide is a iconic combo, being hard to resist, and then I have Brick Break to try and get rid of Tyranitar.

Issues with this team:
1. The pokemon on this team dont really synergise with each other. Fortress is a slow defensive spiker that ruins your offensive team's mometum. It's also terrible against Tyranitar because it goes down in one hit to fire blast and cant beat the dragon dance sets. CB Salamence also doesnt have any way to remove Skarmory here.
2. Salac Berry + Endure Blaziken is not a good moveset here as you have no reliable way to remove Tyranitar. I would reccomend just running 4 attacks Blaziken with leftovers. That is the most reliable set as it can't get stalled out by opponents spamming protect. In practice Salac berry sets just get stalled out by people spamming protect and waiting for sand to KO your pokemon the vast majority of the time in ADV OU.
3. You dont have a bulky rock resist, so this team will get easily swept by Aerodactyl and Dragon Dance Tyranitar.
Suggested changes
1. Since the team is built around Blaziken, I would reccomend making this into a fully offensive team and ditching Fortress for maybe a mixed Metagross or offensive Swampert.
2. Then I would run 4 attacks Blaziken (Fire Blast, Sky Uppercut, HP Grass, Focus Punch or something like that) and give it leftovers.
3. Explosion on Gengar would also do wonders here by removing special walls like Blissey or Celebi for the benefit of Jolteon and Starmie.
4. Lastly, I think mixed salamence would be a better fit here.
I will post a full RMT later with detailed explanations for my suggestions.
I would still prefer to keep my Blaziken the way it is, I've had genuine success with it. The second I get rid of T Tar then remove Sand, Blaziken just comes in, SDs, and just dunks on everything even if they resist.

Edit: I made a new team based on what you said, but I'll still be happy to hear what you have to say.

1. You still dont have a bulky rock resist or any physically bulky pokemon, the new team is going to get swept easily by any fast physical sweeper like Dragon Dance Salamence or Choice Band Aerodactyl. This team could really use an offensive Swampert or a Metagross.
2. Starmie with no HP investment doesnt have the bulk to make good use of Recover. I reccomend running 4 attacks Starmie instead ( Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin OR Psychic).
3. When I said mixed Salamence, I meant a special attacking Salamence with Brick Break and Rock Slide, not the other way around. I reccomend this set on Salamence.
Salamence @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Brick Break
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Fire Blast
4. Jolteon is not a good lead here as it is forced out by lead Tyranitar, I reccomend lead Salamence instead.
5. Run HP Bug on Dugtrio in place of HP Flying and Aerial Ace instead of Sludge Bomb.

Alright I did do all this, and ended up switching Jolteon for Metagross and Switched Fire Punch for Sunny Day on Gengar.
1. I made some edits to your team designed to make it a Dugtrio offense team with Sub Salac Blaziken. It keeps the original teams concept of supporting a Salac Berry + Reversal Blaziken.

2. I also made this version of the team with Dragon Dance Salamence, CB Metagross and SubSalac Swampert. I changed Blaziken to 4 attacks Leftovers so that it can be a reliable wallbreaker against common TSS balance teams like big 5 and stuff.  It's very different from your original concept though.

Issues with the this team
1. The pokemon on this team dont really synergise with each other. Fortress is a slow defensive spiker that ruins your offensive team's mometum. It's also terrible against lead Tyranitar because it goes down in one hit to fire blast and can't beat the dragon dance sets. CB Salamence also doesn't have any way to remove Skarmory here.
2. Salac Berry + Endure Blaziken is not a good moveset here as you have no reliable way to remove Tyranitar. Without support from Dugtrio in removing Tyranitar and a weather clearing move, Salac Berry sets will usually get stalled out by opponents spamming Protect while Sandstorm is active.
3. You dont have a bulky rock resist, so this team will get easily swept by Aerodactyl and Dragon Dance Tyranitar.
Reccomended Changes
I kept the original concept of Salac Berry + Reversal Blaziken intact even though I made a lot of changes to the team.
1. Fortress -> Mixed Metagross
Metagross is a bulky rock resist that checks Aerodactyl and Tyranitar. It can use Explosion to clear a path for your other pokemon or check most threats in a pinch.
2. Starmie -> CM 3 attacks Suicune
Suicune benefits a lot from Dugtrio removing Blissey and Sunny Day Jolteon removing Sand. It's a good late game cleaner against teams that struggle against offensive water types. It can also check DD Tyranitar and Salamence in a pinch.
3. Salamence -> Dugtrio
Dugtrio removes Tyranitar and Blissey for the benefit of Blaziken, Jolteon and Suicune. After Tyranitar is gone, Jolteon can use Sunny Day to remove sand, enabling a Salac Berry + Reversal Blaziken sweep.
4. Gengar moved to lead slot and given Hypnosis
Gengar spams Hypnosis early game to get a free switch for one of your attackers and ideally uses explosion against Blissey or Tyranitar to facilitate removing them with Dugtrio.
5. Blaziken EV spread changed
I gave it enough special attack EVs to OHKO Skarmory with Overheat and enough speed to outspeed max speed base 85s with neutral nature like Suicune. Rest of EVs are dumped into physical attack to hit as hard as possible with Reversal. Subsitiute is more reliable at lowering your own HP.
6. Baton Pass on Jolteon
Baton Pass allows you to bring in Blaziken or Dugtrio against common Jolteon switchins like Blissey, Celebi, Jirachi or Swampert.
