I asked how to improve my team a few weeks ago, and I've been having a lot more success with these improvements, but no team is perfect, so I'd like some more feedback:

wh-SHING (Gallade-Mega) (M) @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Swords Dance
- Psycho Cut
- Close Combat

Mega revenge killer and setup sweeper
Thanks Jshreves, Gallade was perfect! Justified as the base ability so I can switch in on Knock Offs. SS for much needed priority revenge killing, its STABs are Gallade's strongest 100% accurate ones, and Swords Dance for setup.

Aloamoalomala (Alomomola) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Flip Turn
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect

Physical Pivot
Same set as last time.

Reinforced Snail (Goodra-Hisui) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Knock Off
- Protect
- Dragon Tail
- Toxic

Specially Defensive Pivot
I was going through the highest SpD list, and found this absolute monster of a special wall. Toxic + protect for stall, Knock Off to be annoying, both of the above to punish special attackers switching, and Dragon Tail as a powerful way to counter setup sweepers. I did find this moveset by trial and error though, so I don't know if there is a better combo, but Sap Sipper + Dragon typing pairs well with Mola, meaning Goodra can switch in on both of Aloamoalomala's weaknesses easily.

Bzzzt (Tapu Koko) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Electric Surge
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 128 HP / 36 Def / 252 SpA / 92 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Dazzling Gleam
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Special sweeper
Same as last time, but with extra Def (after I lost to a Mega Scizor 80-20 damage roll), meaning it now 100% survives +2 Bullet Punch and OKHOs back:

+2 252+ Atk Technician Scizor-Mega Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Koko: 274-324 (97.5 - 115.3%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Technician Scizor-Mega Bullet Punch vs. 128 HP / 36 Def Tapu Koko: 262-310 (83.7 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Scizor-Mega: 316-376 (112.4 - 133.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Quaking Earth (Iron Treads) @ Groundium Z
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Stellar
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

Steel Roller wasn't doing anything when Bzzzt died, so I changed it to Iron Head, and the Z-Crystal to Ground, as it is resisted by a lot less things that Treads wants to kill, for only 10 less damage.

Elsa (Ninetales-Alola) @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Blizzard
- Encore
- Heal Bell

Same as before, but I wanted to know what fast Pokemon learn both Heal Bell / Aromatherapy and Encore in NatDex, as Elsa feels too weak to Stealth Rocks, and attacks in general. Screens are useful, but not essential to this team.

The only thing I think you should do is try to add some hazards, maybe replace Iron Head on Iron Treads for Stealth Rocks, also glad you liked Gallade.
The reason I have Iron Head is so I can actually do damage to flying types
Maybe consider Landorus T over Treads, it has defog and gives you a helpful ground immunity to support Goodra and Tapu Koko.
Try this set:
Landorus-Therian @Groundium Z
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Sp Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Defog
-Stealth Rock
Give it a try, it should work well.
I've tried it, but just feels bad (that could be because I had a 5-loss streak after I added it). I think the problem is that it's too slow, and can't do as much damage as Treads can inside E Terrain
Well I don't got any other suggestions, so I think you should be fine with the team you got.
how did you get alolan ninetails on sv?
This is natdex format.
While battling your team, I realized something. Illumise is actually ridiculously hard to kill, and sash is probably overkill. You should use Boots instead, because the only way I could actually stop her was by forcing switches and setting up rocks. You could also use Moonlight or Roost, because that thing has unreasonable survivability even with no recovery.

Your team is really good, there's not much I think I can do to improve it, but I'll try.

Gallade-M

The moveset looks completely fine. Speaking as someone who has used a Mega Gallade Natdex team, and as someone who has seen you play with this team before, the only advise I can give is that you need to use Gallade wisely. Don't try to set up with him unless you have already KOed all opposing Pokemon who outspeed him and don't die to his shadow sneak. Gallade is more frail physically, so try set up on a special attacker. Beware the Mega Pinsir and the Tapu Lele...

Alomomola

Also looks fine, pretty standard physical pivot. Works well with Goodra-H as a defensive core.

Tapu Koko

The additional bulk is good, but I think you should have more speed. 350 is good, but you should be faster so you can outspeed the things that Gallade can't and KO them. I found that an Ev spread of 120 HP, 36 DEF, 136 SPA, and 216 SPE, and Timid nature, works better. It can still OHKO Scizor-M, can still take a +2 Bullet Punch from one, and now has enough speed to outspeed things with 125 Base Speed, like Weavile.

The only OU treats you can't outspeed are Zamazenta and Mega Loppunny. However, due to Tapu Koko's Fairy typing, as well as the bulk of this specific set, you can live a hit from both and proceed to OHKO with Dazzling Gleam:

252 Atk Lopunny-Mega Frustration vs. 120 HP / 36 Def Tapu Koko: 189-223 (60.7 - 71.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

136 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lopunny-Mega: 294-348 (108.4 - 128.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252 Def Zamazenta Body Press vs. 120 HP / 36 Def Tapu Koko: 99-117 (31.8 - 37.6%) -- 89.2% chance to 3HKO

136 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Dazzling Gleam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Zamazenta: 320-378 (108.8 - 128.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Iron Treads

Like Jshreves said, this team would benefit from hazards, and replacing Iron Head with Stealth Rock is a good idea. I know you said Iron Treads can't do anything against Flying types then, but you shouldn't be trying to anyways. Koko should be able to stop most OU Flying types, and if you're trying to sweep with Iron Treads you should eliminate your opponent's flying types first. I think that Stealth Rock support would help this team more than Treads being able to take Flying types.

Ninetales-A

If you don't want Ninetales-A, I have two replacement options for you:

Option 1:

Jumpluff @ Focus Sash
Ability: Chlorophyll
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Encore
- U-turn
- Strength Sap/Leech Seed

Jumpluff is the fastest Pokemon possible that is not a Mega that fits your situation. Also frail, but very similar defenses to Ninetales-A. However there is another option...

Illumise (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Encore
- Roost/Thunder Wave
- Light Screen

Before you start saying "There is no way I am going to use Illumise in OU this Hoenn person is tyring to make me lose" Illumise is the ONLY Pokemon who learns Aromatherapy/Heal Bell and Encore that also gets Prankster. Prankster will make it so that Speed is no longer a problem. This little bug is surprisingly bulky, with max Def and prankster Light Screen for special attackers. I mean, look at these calcs:

252 Atk Scizor-Mega Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Illumise: 102-121 (30.5 - 36.2%) -- 53.1% chance to 3HKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Illumise on a critical hit: 162-192 (48.5 - 57.4%) -- 99.3% chance to 2HKO

172 Atk Iron Fist Melmetal Double Iron Bash (2 hits) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Illumise: 206-246 (61.6 - 73.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Pretty good on the Physical side. Prankster Light Screen will help with the Special defense, so let's look at the Special side:

252 SpA Gholdengo Make It Rain vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Illumise through Light Screen: 114-134 (34.1 - 40.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Zapdos Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Illumise through Light Screen: 199-235 (59.5 - 70.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Koko Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Illumise in Electric Terrain through Light Screen: 131-155 (39.2 - 46.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Illumise through Light Screen: 181-213 (54.1 - 63.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO This thing not only survives, but tanks a FEAKING SPECS DRACO METEOR from the one of the highest Spa Dragon types in the tier

This Hoenn bug type is perfect for the needs of your team. As an added bonus, because she is so low tier, most OU players have no idea what to expect from this Pokémon.

In summary, your team looks pretty good, just a few tweaks here and there are all that's needed. Besides replacing Ninetales-A. That thing has got to go. Hope I helped.

Thanks so much, I'll do some battles with this and see how it does
Edit: I remember reading that Sap Sipper Pokemon are immune to Aromatherapy - should I change Goodra's ability?
You probably should change it. The only grass weakness on your team is Alomomola, and with a 4x resist Goodra-H should be able to switch into a Grass type attack just fine. Sap Sipper is usually used on more offensive Goodra sets, or in formats where Tera is allowed. You Goodra is not offensive, and you can't Tera in natdex, so this doesn't really matter.

Both of Goodra-H's other Abilities are great as well. You could go for more team support with Gooey, to slow down faster physical threats so your teamates can pick them off if they don't switch. Or you could use Shell Armor, to protect against unlucky crits.

If your team has trouble with Urshifu-R or Meowscarada, Shell Armor will give you a solid switchin to Surging Strikes or Flower Trick.

If you are fine dealing with the above Pokemon, Gooey is probably better in most situations, as crits are fairly rare.

Also, something that I forgot to mention in my answer is that Toxic is fine on both Goodra and Alomomola, because they actually work great as a defensive core, with Alo tanking Physical hits and stalling out with Toxic, and Goodra-H tanking Special hits amazingly, and stalling out threats. Ignore what I said about Toxic on Alo. I'll remove it from the answer.
