When they say add a short description to each team member, I don't think this is what they meant. Can you explain a bit more about how they're supposed to work? You have protect on 4 of your team members, but this is a singles format and this ain't a stall team. There are some strange choices (Throat Chop on Valiant, Night Slash an Ceruledge) but you don't explain them at all.

I'll post an answer shortly, but it's hard when I don't know your thought process with this.
