For this team, I've decided to use Pokemon I've never thought about using before, to try and maybe forge a 'bond' with them. This was originally an in-game team, but because a friend of mine challenged me to a double battle, I've been forced to turn it into an actually competitive team.
-Sceptile-
Nickname: Fry
Tera: Fighting
Ability: Overgrow
Role: Support/Special attacker
Item: Big root
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
-Shed tail
-Energy ball
-Tera blast
-Giga drain
Sceptile is here to deal okay damage with his grass type moves, can terrastilize into the fighting type, and let others switch in safely with Shed tail
-Klawf-
Nickname: Crusty
Tera: Water
Ability: Anger shell (Of course)
Role: Sweeper
Item: Sitrus berry
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Special defense, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
-High horsepower
-Crabhammer
-Curse
-Rock slide
Klawf is here to defeat a ton of Pokemon, after all her stat boosts from Anger shell and Curse, she will start whipping up terrifying Crabhammers and Rock slides.
-Mismagius-
Nickname: Mr. Magius
Tera: Ghost
Ability: Levitate
Role: Status
Item: Scope lens
EVs: 252 Special defense, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Calm
-Protect
-Will 'O Wisp
-Taunt
-Hex
Mismagius is absolutely vital to the team, barring my opponent from physical attacks with Will 'O Wisp, stopping them from setting up with Taunt and hitting hard with Hex.
-Pyroar-
Nickname: 'Arcanine?'
Tera: Fire
Ability: Unnerve
Role: Anti-setup
Item: Air balloon (???)
EVs: 252 Special attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
-Snarl
-Protect
-Roar
-Flamethrower
Pyroar's role had to be changed, he was originally a sun-setter, but that doesn't work well with my Klawf strategy. Now, Pyroar is just kind of there. I'd love some suggestions to help make Pyroar more viable.
-Bruxish-
Nickname: Djinn
Tera: Water
Ability: Strong Jaw
Role: Strong physical attacker
Item: Assault vest
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Defense, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
-Psychic fangs
-Crunch
-Liquidation
-Ice fang
I've really come to like this Pokemon, it does incredible damage with its Strong Jaw boosted biting moves. To compensate for its mediocre defense, I trained its defense and put on an assault vest to help with Special defense.
-Frosmoth-
Nickname: Custard
Tera: Bug
Ability: Ice scales
Role: Sacrificed to set stuff up
Item: Focus sash
Evs: 252 Special attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
-Tailwind
-Light screen
-Reflect
-Blizzard
Frosmoth is my lead together with Mismagius, he's here to lay down his life in order to make sure I can do what I want in the first few turns without issue. It just isn't useful against my opponent sadly, so I'll have to use it like this
I know some of these Pokemon are a bit bad, but my team is locked in, I'll have to work with what I have. I've come to love these idiots, if you do too, be sure to leave some advice
