Hippowdon
Hippowdon @ Leftovers

Trait: Sand Stream

EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 SpD

Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)

  • Slack Off
  • Earthquake
  • Stealth Rock
  • Ice Fang

Hippowdon is what I rely on to take most physical hits, and Slack Off is such a great addition healing half of max HP.
Earthquake is STAB and is backed up by a respectable attack stat.
Stealth Rock helps the entire team generally do more damage, Terrakion greatly appreciates it.
Ice Fang is used to hit Dragonite, Landorus, Gliscor etc.
The little extra SpD EVs are to be able to take two hidden power ices from Landorus after SR damage.

Landorus
Landorus @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Sand Force

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd

Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)

  • Earthquake
  • Stone Edge
  • U-turn
  • Hidden Power Ice

I need a scarfer, because otherwise I become vulnerable to setup sweepers plus it's generally good to have a revenger.
Earthquake packs quite a punch in the sandstorm, mostly because of its ability but also STAB.
Stone Edge compliments EQ nicely, hitting Flying types among other things, also creating the good EdgeQuake combo.
U-turn is nice scouting, and is can also be used on predicted switches.
Hidden Power Ice hits Gliscor, Dragonite and other Landorus switch ins.

Volcarona
Volcarona @ Life Orb

Trait: Flame Body

EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

  • Quiver Dance
  • Fire Blast
  • Bug Buzz
  • Hidden Power Rock

Volcarona helps take care of the physical walls that are hard for Terrakion and Landorus to get trough.
Quiver Dance is pretty obvious, but it's great setup and helps Volcarona sweep.
Fire Blast is strong STAB, and roasts Steel types except Heatran.
Bug Buzz is secondary STAB, and rounds out the coverage nicely.
Hidden Power Rock is used to hit things that resists its STAB, such as Dragonite, Salamence and Gyarados.

Terrakion
Terrakion @ Choice Band

Trait: Justified

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)

  • Close Combat
  • Stone Edge
  • X-Scissor
  • Earthquake

Not much can take hits from Banded Terrakion especially since I run Adamant if you didn't already notice.
This is just insane the amounts of damage Terrakion dish out.
Close Combat is extremely powerful STAB, it for instance 2HKOes max HP Latias guaranteed in Sandstorm.
Stone Ege compliments CC nicely hitting Flying types and fighting type resists hard and 2HKOes standard Gliscor.
X-Scissor takes care of psychic types reliably.
Earthquake is here to hit Jirachi etc, but Terrakion usually doesn't need it so I'm thinking about replacing it with Quick Attack for priority or maybe even Sacred Sword if I don't want to lower Terrakion's defenses.
Terrakion also gets a nice 50% SpD boost in the sand, helping it take hits which is nice.

Starmie
Starmie @ Leftovers

Trait: Natural Cure

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

  • Rapid Spin
  • Hydro Pump
  • Thunderbolt
  • Recover

Rapid Spin clears away pesky hazards for the team, especially helping Volcarona.
Hydro Pump is solid STAB, and does pretty good damage when I need it.
Thunderbolt rounds out the coverage hitting Water types.
Recover helps keep Starmie at good health, making it a better spinner.
Leftovers help in the sandstorm to not faint too quickly.

Ferrothorn
AwesomeGreen @ Leftovers

Trait: Iron Barbs

EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)

  • Spikes
  • Leech Seed
  • Power Whip
  • Gyro Ball

AwesomeGreen is back for more.
Spikes help in overall damaging the opponents team, and gives Ferrothorn something to do when it comes in on a Pokemon it walls. This is of course as long as the opponent doesn't have Magnezone.
Leech Seed help Ferrothorn recover, and can really be a pain for the opponent.
Power Whip hits Water types pretty hard, and is good STAB.
Gyro Ball is here for the ability to hitting Dragons, but the dual STAB helps overall, against Gengar is one example.

Sexy Starmie!!!!!!!
The Randorosu?
It's Fine ;)
It's fine - I have the Randorosu
If I could upvote that I would have.
Great team though
lol Thanks
Nice team Hex,people go crazy these teams of yours :D
lol :D thanks
Just a few:
Volcarona: Life Orb and Sand kill Volcarona off too quickly. Maybe Leftovers.
Ferrothorn: Rocky Helmet can work here-Leech Seed's already providing healing. Also, Thunder Wave may be a good idea to cripple Dragons, and Gengar.
Terrakion: Jolly works better. That extra Speed is needed to outspeed.
That's all from me.
Oh yeah, glad to see dat AwasomeGreen back :D
I'm fully aware of Life Orb and Sandstorm racking up, and it isn't meant to stay around too long anyway, it's supposed to open up some holes.
I might use Lefties though, I've thought about it.
Leftovers is really nice, because I won't always be seedin', plus the opponent can just switch out.
I've used Jolly Terrakion for the longest time. However, the extra damage Adamant gives helps a lot.
I don't know if there is much I can say about Adamant vs Jolly. On some targets, Adamant really does help and Jolly is pretty useless, like on Dragonite.
I'm sure AwesomeGreen is glad to be back :D
love that hippowdon
that annyoing big thing that is soo tough
Yeah Hippowdon is boss
Also, HUGE water weakness.
They were not kidding when they said you like using big images,
You should see some of is older über posts, them make these look microscopic, but it shows off the team more.
You think the water weakness is a problem with Ferrothorn and Starmie? Well think again then.
